With over 15 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of assisting clients facing a wide range of challenges; from boosting confidence and self-esteem to addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, addictions and phobias.

I originally trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in 2007 and went on to qualify as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2019.

The approach that I use now, is a fusion of traditional and cutting-edge therapeutic techniques.

Each individual's unique needs are at the forefront as I create personalised plans, empowering my clients to achieve the positive, life-changing results that they desire.

Rooted in extensive professional training and enhanced by knowledge gained through many years working within Mental Health Services in London, my practice is further enriched by my wealth of personal experience.
